Selling the Mom's house, car, and moving this month. Will if all goes as planed, that is. I need to rent a storage container and get rid of the cats. Maybe I'll take Boots with me, but the other two cats go to the pound soon. Of course Iggy the dog comes with me anywhere I go to call home. Lots of stuff to get rid of. There is a life time of things collected by my parents and now it's crunch time to get rid of it all. I smell a yard sale coming up soon. Lots 25 cent items just to good to put in the garbage so will be more or less giving them away at that price. I need to price some hand carve furniture items, but will probably sell them for around hundred dollars just so they don't rot in storage.

There is a potential buyer for the car, but she is a bit of a flake. So will see, and the for sale sign goes back on the car.

Two buyers for the house, one personal, and one investor. So it's gone provided they give me time to clean this place out.

I am looking forward to getting out of this house. One more load stone off my shoulders.
